Welcome to the Soul Body Moves Virtual Studio
Join us for all-levels Vinyasa Yoga and Authentic Pilates Mat classes taught live, in real time, so you can move with guidance and presence. These classes are appropriate for all levels, with variations offered throughout. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to challenge yourself in new ways, there’s something for everyone. Corporate Yoga and Pilates Classes Available

I offer customized corporate classes, available virtually or in-person at the office, designed to meet your company’s needs. Sessions typically range from 20 to 30 minutes and can be customized to fit your schedule.

Single class rate: $15
Sign Up
To reserve your spot, send payment via Venmo or Zelle. In the memo, include the
date of the class.
You’ll receive the class link once payment
is confirmed.
Sign up at least one hour before class begins.
Please note: online class payments are non refundable and non transferable. Missed classes are not eligible for credit or rollover.
