All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is an energizing and fluid style of yoga that links breath with movement. You’ll flow from one pose to the next in a thoughtfully sequenced progression that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Each movement is guided by your breath, creating a rhythm that grounds you in the present while keeping your body in motion. Vinyasa is a continuous flow that encourages physical challenge, mental clarity, and a sense of calm all in one experience. No two classes are exactly alike, keeping your practice fresh and dynamic.

All-Levels Pilates
The Authentic Pilates Method
Also referred to as Classical Pilates, this method was developed by Joseph H. Pilates (1883–1967). It’s a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening what he deemed the powerhouse — the abdomen, lower back, buttocks, and thighs. All movements are executed and controlled through this powerhouse. What makes Pilates unique is that in every exercise performed, there are transitional movements that keep the body flowing continuously from one movement to the next, like a well-rehearsed performance. You’ll be stretching and strengthening at the same time, building deeper core strength and awareness through a comprehensive approach to whole-body conditioning.
