  • How do I sign up for a class?
To sign up, simply email us with the date and time of the class you'd like to join. Once we confirm availability, you can submit payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Be sure to include the class date and time in the payment note (where it says “What’s this for?”). After payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the class link—typically within the hour.
  • What types of sessions do you offer?
I offer virtual Pilates and yoga classes, as well as in-person one-on-one sessions that include Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga. I also provide therapeutic massage services.
  • What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Leggings or yoga pants with a comfortable top, like a t-shirt or tank top, work well. Bare feet are ideal for both Pilates and yoga.
  • What equipment do I need for virtual classes?
A yoga mat is a great starting point. I may suggest props like a yoga block, yoga strap, towel, or small ball depending on the class, but all exercises can be modified.
  • Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. Sessions are designed to support all levels. I offer modifications and guidance to meet you where you are.
  • How do I join a virtual class?
After you register and send payment, you’ll receive a Zoom link by email. Log in a few minutes early to settle in and get ready to move.
  • I’ve never had a massage before. What should I expect?
We’ll start with a brief check-in to go over your goals and any areas of concern. You’ll be on a professional massage table, fully covered with a sheet and blanket at all times. I’ll walk you through the process and check in with you throughout the session.
  • Do I have to get completely undressed?
No. Undress to your level of comfort. You will never be exposed, and only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.
  • What type of massage should I book?
If you’re not sure, I’ll help guide you. Whether you need deep tissue work, stress relief, or focused care for a specific issue, I’ll tailor the session to your needs.
  • Will I be sore after a massage?
Some soreness is normal after deeper work, similar to post-workout muscle fatigue. It’s a sign that the body is responding and recalibrating. I’ll share tips to support your recovery.
  • How often should I come in for massage therapy?
It depends on your body and your goals. Some benefit from weekly sessions, while others come monthly for maintenance. I’ll help you determine a rhythm that works best for you.
  • When should I arrive for my session?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for intake and to settle in. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to respect everyone’s day.
  • How far in advance should I book?
It’s best to book ahead, especially if you’re hoping for a specific day or time. My schedule can fill quickly, so early booking ensures availability.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.
  • Do you offer refunds?
No. All purchases and sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule with proper notice, I’m happy to accommodate.
  • How do I book a session?
Reach out through the contact page or email me directly. I’ll respond with available times and next steps.
