I offer virtual Pilates and yoga classes, as well as in-person one-on-one sessions that include Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga. I also provide therapeutic massage services.

Not at all. Sessions are designed to support all levels. I offer modifications and guidance to meet you where you are.

What do I need for a virtual class?

A yoga mat is a great starting point. I may suggest props like a yoga block, yoga strap, towel, or small ball depending on the class, but all exercises can be modified.

What should I wear to a virtual class?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Leggings or yoga pants with a comfortable top, like a t-shirt or tank top, work well. Bare feet are ideal for both Pilates and yoga.

What should I wear for an in-studio reformer session?

A comfortable t--shirt or tank top, leggings, and grippy socks. Bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Avoid wearing perfume, cologne, scented lotions, or jewelery, as they can damage the equipment.
